I offer a free consultation and individual coaching rates as follows:
Free 30 minute consultation
$100 for a single session
$285 for a package of three sessions
What's Right For Me?
During the free consultation I'll help you identify your needs. But a good rule of thumb is as follows:
One session is perfect if you'd like to explore a less complex topic and need to identify action items or develop a next step.
Multiple sessions are ideal for more complex topics that require deep reflection leading to mindset shifts or behavioral change.
